Is Khotan spell reward affect DMG from spells or only weapon DMG?

Yo guyz, i did a speedrun for all of them and that's the rewards from the Compagnon questlines :

NEUTRAL :

Iln-Ashah : Shield 80% phys/mag absorption (Legendary)
Lorian :1H Hammer (Legendary)
Esten : Neckless +30 phy/mag reduction, -15phys dmg (Legendary)
Khoran : Ring +45 mag dmg (Legendary)

GOOD :

Estilress : Bonus Map speed 20% mountain/forest (Legendary Ring Belt or Neckless)
Lileah : Neckless 25% HP (Legendary)
Isadanae : 1h Sword 110phys40mag (Legendary)
Na'Ragen : (Seems to give any quest)

EVIL :

Valen : Dagger 95 phys 20% poison chance 30% crit chance (Legendary)
Caine : (Seems to give any quest)
Zian : Belt +25% crit chance +25% crit dmg (Legendary)
Odan : Cape +45 phys dmg +20% focus reg speed (Epic)


So as i already said, i speedrun it to start the quest and check the rewards, so maybe Caine and Na'ragen give quest as you progress in the game.
