Geheimnisnacht Event happens around October 31st, celebrating Warhammer Geheimnisnacht Eve(Halloween).

- When Skull of Blosphoros modifier is presented on the map, a site for Ritual of the Three-Eyed Watcher can be found. The ritual site emits strong green light, and guarded by bunch of enemies that are empowered by Skull of Blosphoros, and unique critters called Nurgling.

- Interacting with Daemonic Locus will interrupt the ritual. Doing so will cause the Skull of Blosphoros to drop on the ground, spawn a Chosen of Blosphoros, plus a wave of enemies that are empowered by the skull.

- The enemies that guarding the ritual site and the wave spawned by interrupting the ritual are permanently empowered by the skull, regardless if the skull is picked up or not.

- If player pick up the skull, all new enemies spawned will be empowered by the skull, and any new Chaos Warriors have a 15% chance to be a Chosen of Blosphoros. Holding left click with the skull or dying while having the skull in the inventory will destroy it, however all enemies that are already empowered by it will still remain empowered.
