Trying to implement an Ace Combat style minimap in game - built on the basis of Revolution mod 1.3 for testing, will seek to merge to main if people like it. Feedback welcome on the size colour position etc. Can also include topology/depth but it really was an eyesore
v1.1 made the minimap smaller, added text for elements on the map somehow fits better
