There are 15 flyers in the game, they are scattered randomly around the houses and establishments, so you just need to do robberies and at some point you will collect them all. You can see the number of collected flyers in the statistics menu by pressing the K key. Sometimes you may get the same flyers during robberies. List of all flyers:
