Class/Skill Restructure
- Expert skill variants have been removed and replaced with new skills that can be unlocked.

- To reduce RNG elements for making character builds, leveling up a Responder allows you to choose from ALL of your unlocked skills, rather than only being able to select from 3 of them. In order to make more choices viable, since skill usefulness is a mixed bag in the current game, I have decided to rework all existing skills currently in NMRIH 2:


Adrenaline Rush - While below 50% health, you consume no stamina.

Ammo Bag - The weight of all Ammo types are reduced by 50% of their normal amounts.

Athletic - The stamina costs of sprinting are reduced by 50% of their normal amount.

Blade Expertise - Reduces the stamina cost of all Sharp Weapon attacks by 25% of their normal amounts.

Blunt Expertise - Reduces the stamina cost of all Blunt Weapon attacks by 25% of their normal amounts.

Butcher - Dealing damage to a zombie with a Blunt Weapon always counts as a Critical Hit, regardless of hit location. Grants the ability to dismember zombies with Sharp Weapon attacks.

Kickboxing - The stamina cost of Kicks are reduced by 50% of their normal amount.

Deep Pockets - The weight of Throwable Items and Utility Items you are carrying are reduced by 65% of their normal amounts.

Eagle Eye - All Handguns have 95% less bullet spread when fired while aiming. All Handguns have 70% less recoil when fired while aiming.

Enhanced Flashlight - Flashlights now have infinite battery life and are mounted on your shoulder, allowing them to be used with Two Handed Melee Weapons and Two Handed Firearms.

Explosive Expert - Explosions you cause will always kill zombies in their blast radius. You take no damage from explosions and explosions you cause cannot damage teammates.

Headblown - The Critical Hit damage dealt by all Handguns is increased by 125% of their normal amounts.

Heavy Hitter - The stamina cost of Charged Attacks and Strong Attacks made with Two Handed Melee Weapons is reduced by 50% of their normal amounts.

Heavy Melee Expertise - Charged Attacks and Strong Attacks made with Two Handed Melee Weapons deal 25% more damage compared to their normal amounts.

Light Melee Expertise - Quick Attacks made with One Handed Melee Weapons deal 25% more damage compared to their normal amounts. Shoving with a One Handed Melee Weapon deals damage equivalent to 50% of that weapon's Quick Attack damage in addition to stumbling them. Kicking with a One Handed Melee Weapon deals damage equivalent to 100% of that weapon's Quick Attack damage in addition to stumbling them.

Medical Bag - The weight of Medical Items you are carrying are reduced by 65% of their normal amounts.

Overkill - Shotguns fire 50% more pellets and they are now fired in a predictable circular pattern. The bullet spread of Shotguns is increased by 30% when fired from the hip.

Penetrating Shots - All Firearm shots now have 100% more penetration power than usual.

Quick Reflexes - After crouching, you are immune to all damage and grab attempts for 0.4 seconds. This can only activate once every 2 seconds.

Rifle Training - Heavy Rifles have 80% less bullet spread when fired from the hip. Heavy Rifles no longer have damage falloff. All damage dealt by Heavy Rifles is increased by 75% of the normal amount.

Rush - The stamina cost of Quick Attacks made with One Handed Melee Weapons is reduced by 50% of their normal amount. The stamina cost of Shoves are reduced by 50% of their normal amount.

Scavenger - Ammo obtained from Ammo pickups is increased by 100% of their normal amounts.

Skilled Medic - The amount of health restored by Medical Items you use is increased by 100% of their normal amounts. You are immune to zombie Grab Attacks while reviving teammates.

Stayin' Alive - You revive teammates 100% faster than the normal speed. You are immune to zombie Grab Attacks while reviving teammates and take 50% less damage while reviving teammates.

Stealthy Approach - Noises you make via movement or melee attacks are inaudible to zombies unless you are sprinting. Melee Weapon damage dealt to zombies from behind is increased by 100% of their current amounts.

Steel Chamber - The critical hit damage of Heavy Rifles is increased by 50% of their normal amounts.

Street Brawler - The stamina cost of Shoves and Kicks are reduced by 50% of their normal amounts.

Sturdy Body - The damage taken from all zombie attacks is reduced by 35 percent.

Thick Skin - You are immune to damage while grabbing or being grabbed and for 3 seconds after a grab attack ends.

Tight Choke - All Shotguns have 65% less bullet spread when fired while aiming. All Shotguns have no damage falloff when fired while aiming.

Until My Last Breath - While down, you do not lose additional health from damage caused by zombies. While down, you do not lose health while there is a teammate within 40 meters of you. Grants the ability to Self Sacrifice while down, killing you and causing an explosion that will instantly kill all zombies near you.

Vulture - Grabbing a Supply Item restores 4% of your maximum health, if possible.
