Adjusts the Biofuel Plant to be buildable with and improve the yields of Fruit and Tubers. As compensation for the improved effect, the base Energy generation of the building has been reduced to 1 (was 3). No more woes of quests requiring you to build Biofuel Plants in landlocked Capitals!

I'm a bioprocessing engineer, and the only biofuel we have on a significant scale right now is starch to ethanol and sugarcane to ethanol. In the future, the process is almost certainly different. Algae is probably a better source of fuel than fruit or tubers because it is generally much more abundant and faster-growing. The cost of the feedstock is like 85% of the total running cost for current biofuel plants. But without specifics I can only speculate.

It does seem abit weird that biofuel can be made out of plant matter.... so long as its plants found in the sea.
