The 3000 achievements in this game are for leaving the game open and are unlocked one by one, all of which are unlocked in around 5 hours. You can leave the game minimized and do other activities. If you experience a very common problem with achievements stopping unlocking, launch any other game in your library and the achievements will start unlocking again.
