This is a workshop port of an old russian mod which replaces voiceover with a funny one that transforms HL2 story into a ridiculous adventure of a stoner who was sent by an unnamed black market dealer (G-Man) with a task to overthrow a correctional city for addicts and psychos. Very classic, very old. It's considered as a classic by many russian-speaking HL2 players living in post-soviet countries.
