Description
Here it is, the fort that seemed so mighty, yet was captured by a handful of men in the most unfortunate of circumstances. My version of fort Douaumont, the biggest one in the verdun line of defense (according to a couple of my neurons) I used schematics and maps and pictures to make this fort AS accurate as I could manage, this is not 100% accurate but its as close as I can make it. ENJOY!

Specs:
- 75mm turret
- 155mm turret
- Machine gun turrets
- Observation posts
- A LOT of magazines

Bottom Level
- Big Infirmary with beds, bathtubs and surgery room
- 2 Magazines
- Armored doors
- Stairs to upper level

Upper Level
- A LOT OF BARRACKS
- Bakery
- Storage rooms
- Tunnels and more tunnels
- Empty rooms
- Latrines
- Office
- Walls with firing ports
- Armored doors
- Magazines
- French spawn (Small infirmary)

German Trench
- Small bunker (german spawn with 1 bed)
- Long trench
- Defensive trench
- Extensive portion of earth dug in a straight line to provide place to cover for soldiers
- Duckboards and trench wall

- Table you can go through for some dumb reason

Credits.
Battlegrounds III props and textures were used in this map, credits to them!
I also used extracted props and textures from http://www.moddb.com/mods/ww1-source, credits to the owners, none of it is mine!

Hahahha, I think its just that I like a lot of 16-19 century stuff, historical mainly LOL. Also, I began working on Castillo de San Felipe del Morro, a Spanish fort in puerto rico, you might like that map when it comes out :D

ok :steamthumbsup: also a lot of props will be missing from the map because they are showing up as errors in the hammer editor for some reason, i have DOD:S and CS:S mounted so i have no clue why thats happening
