Download This [github.com] and extract the file once Complete.
When that's done, Launch the OpenStarbound file inside the folder to begin the setup wizard.
Leave the path as default or select desired install path, then continue on the installation process.
When it's complete, untick "Launch OpenStarbound" and close the install wizard.

Now navigate to your Starbound install directory.
This can be done via steam;

1. Right click Starbound on steam
   
2. Select "Manage"
   
3. Click "Browse Local Files"

Enter the "assets" folder and Copy the "packed.pak" file inside.
Navigate to where OpenStarbound was installed. (default, C:\Programfiles\OpenStarbound)
Then paste the "packed.pak" file in OpenStarbound's assets folder.

The path will vary, but the process is the same. Both will be explained properly.

Subscribe to Futara's Dragon Engine and/or Futaras Fullbright Pixel Shader

For Futara's Dragon Engine,

1. Search for "2297133082"
   
2. Copy the "contents.pak" file inside.
   
3. Return to your Starbound/OsB directory and place the file in the mods folder
   
4. Rename the file to "FutarasDragonEngine.pak"

For Futara's Fullbright Pixel Shader,

1. Search for "2422986190"
   
2. Repeat previous steps 2 and 3
   
3. Rename the file to "FutarasFullbrightPixelShader.pak"

You can find other mods on the workshop that utilize fullbright, but they are straight plug-and-play, so don't worry about that. And here is a link to my modpack for you to enjoy.
