Fixed Combine Thumper

Description
The emissives were broken on the Thumper so I took the texture from Half-Life 2: Update and created this workshop addon.

The texture that is changed is:
materials/models/props_combine/combinethumper001.vtf

I almost choked to death when I first looked at the Thumper and realized the Lights are not shining that bright, this saved my life thanks.

Does it change the entire texture of the Thumper to the one from Update or just the glowing part?
