(Randomized) Bad Cop cameo

Credits to A Paint Bucket Named Huey[gamebanana.com] on GB for the original GB mod.

Uses an Entity-Lump replacement to alter the entity placement of the transmission in both Episode 1 and Episode 2 to show Bad Cop, and sometimes Wilson.

There are three randomized ways the event can happen:
1. BC gives chase while Wilson stays behind, visible to the camera.
2. BC carries Wilson on his hands, running to give the rebels a whooping.
3. Same as 1 except Wilson is long gone.
(The randomized path is chosen when the transmission starts, so you can load a save before it to get all the random paths)
