Wasn't really happy with any of the E3 metrocop skins on here, straight beta ones (while cool) stood out, and most other remakes didn't look quite right (coloration was off/too shiny in some places). So I made my own based off of themanclaw's Improved metrocop textures.

Also, for purposes of personal education, I wracked my brains out for over three fourths of the production process to replicate mmod's fancy eye effects (glowing when alive, off when dead), trying out all sorts of tricks and techniques both creative and stupid in equal measure (and others that made me ask myself wtf was I smoking). At the time, I had already downloaded other people's skins that had the desired effect, but I didn't reverse engineer them because reasons. Anyway, hope you all like it.

E3 Metrocop
Features the blue uniforms, green vests, and glowing blue eyes as seen on Civil Protection officers in early trailers and concept art, they still sport the white square chest patches of their retail counterparts though (bit of a design liberty on my part).
