I did it right. hardmode and I played eve, then samson, then azazel so it should be good. I've done it before less than a year ago pre-everything is terrible achievement so I'm feeling this is a bug. I even got hat trick (both times[2 files and I don't mind erasing]) so its not a win streak problem
