“星云Ⅲ”是“星云Ⅱ”全面改造升级后的成果，她的动力系统、护盾、武器得到了全面升级。加装了大量附加装甲并没有让她的机动性降低。优化后的舰载机机库和全新的大威力主炮以及反舰导弹阵列将大幅增强她的作战能力。
