Yakopoo was on a quest to retrieve the Maita Flower, but somehow, the little Shabubu has lost his way and arrived on the Rivals battlefield.

Moveset : (Yes I know, the hitboxes are weird. I had to adapt to match Sandbert's moves because I'm a coding noob)

N-SPECIAL : SEED
Yakopoo takes his flower power-up form and fires seeds in a straight forward line.

F-SPECIAL : BALL
Yakopoo takes his ball power-up form and zooms in a straight forward line.

U-SPECIAL : FLIGHT
Yakopoo takes his flight power-up form to fly around freely.

D-SPECIAL : SPIKES
Yakopoo borrows the needles from a hedgehog-based enemy and curls into a ball.

JAB : A simple kick.

F-TILT : Yakopoo borrows his grandfather's cane and strikes.

U-TILT : Yakopoo borrows the hat from a soldier-based enemy and jumps.

D-TILT : TAIL
Yakopoo takes his tail power-up form and whips it in front of him.

DASH : Yakopoo rolls forwards.

N-AIR : Same as the dash, but in place.

F-AIR : Yakopoo uses his tail power-up again, but in the air.

U-AIR : HEADBUTT
Yakopoo takes his big power-up form like when he jumps and headbutts forwards.

D-AIR : BIG STOMP
Yakopoo takes his big power-up form like when he jumps and stomps under him.

B-AIR : Yakopoo borrows the sword of an enemy and slashes behind him.

F-SMASH : Yakopoo finds a weird flower that spits an explosive substance.

D-SMASH : A big cat-based enemy divebombs in front of Yakopoo.

U-SMASH : Yakopoo borrows the umbrella of a bunny-based enemy and rises it above himself.

NOTE - I have no idea how to center the respawn platform, nor do I know how to edit the hitboxes, as I am a programming noob.
