FHS Casual Coach IMPROVED

A somewhat improved version of FHS Casual Coach.

I've been using Coach Ikezawa for a while now, but I feel it's about time they get put to rest. However I haven't really found many good candidates to replace it. This however was one of them, so I had to fix a couple things with it before it's worthy of replacing the funny.

Changes:
-Mostly stuff you wouldn't know was a thing unless I pointed it out
-Added jiggleboned attachments
-Added Vanilla+ VRD
-Generally improved weighting
-Removed RNG (baseball cap is now the only one. I think RNG in survivor mods is dumb)
-Added a jiggly holster and allowed it to be covered in bile
-Added a helper bone to the back of the collar
-Made the hands reskinnable (they used a separate texture before for some reason?)
-Added wrinklemaps
-Put the textures in a separate directory
-Added a reskin directory
-Made separate _it versions of each texture with 0 phongboost
-Added LODs
-Ticked the "Normal Map" flag in the normal textures
-Adjusted the angle of the shoes
-Generally altered the FP arms
-Added VGUI
