It's an updated boss fight in the tower on the world map, I achieved it by activating the trigger to "Ending 3" pretty much.

I have no clue if it's reachable by normal means.

where in the game does this boss show up I'm a huge Yiik fan and I have absolutely no idea where half of these secrets are coming from lol
