Please also note that this guide was written while the game is still in early access, so some information might change upon the full release.

Update 3/27/2025: After some patches, there are now more effective ways of money grinding than the main one mentioned here. You can find out more in the "Alternative Methods" section.
Overview
This guide will show you the best methods to get big amount of money quickly and efficiently. We will go through the main requirement, some of the best methods, and my recommended strategy.

I went way too deep into the money farming rabbit hole, so here's the TL:DR:
  • Main requirement: Slaying Power Fitness Sponsor. Obtain this by talking to the guy at the gym about sponsorship. Allow earning money through fulfilling beasties' recruit conditions.

  • Method 1 - Grazada: Highest money per recruit, relatively easy condition, use Nettle or Sweaty to drain their stamina quickly.

  • Method 2 - Froofulks: High money per recruit. Use Clear Field to fulfill their condition instantly.

  • Method 3 - Shooga: High money per recruit, Free Ball until they make an opening for you to land the ball freely.

  • Or skip these methods entirely: Find a fun way to farm money and stick with it!

  • Extra tips: Use Attract Spray, turn Sport Speed to FASTEST, and forfeit matches that aren’t worth the time.
The Main Requirement
So, how do you make money in this game? Sponsorship! While the sponsors you’ve likely unlocked so far give you a decent amount, it's not enough for late-game spends like gym training or buying jerseys for raremorph hunting. So what we need is a better sponsor...

Enter... Slaying Power Fitness, the only missable sponsorship in this game! This sponsorship gives you money for fulfilling beasties' recruit conditions and even gives a whooping 3x bonus for fulfilling it for every beasties in the field! Making it the fastest way to earn money by far.

To get this sponsor, ask the guy at the gym about sponsorship. He will be interested in sponsoring you if you have at least 12 hearts on Contacts Menu (The one where you spend your Social Battery to hangout and stuffs). If you do, he will ask you to try fulfilling recruit conditions of every beasties in the field. Once you succeed, the money printer will be yours!

Now we just have to find the cash cow. As you can see, recruit conditions, while is a fun concept, can be quite annoying to do sometimes. So we need the beastie with easy condition. Bonus points if they give a lot of money per recruit. Even bigger bonus points if other beasties in the field are also easy to recruit for the x3 bonus.

Let's start with the beastie themselves. Afterward, we will choose the best location to farm them and discuss a team setup to do it fast. There're a few of them with easy condition which also give a lot of money. But, in my opinion, these three stand out the most.
Cash Cow No.1 - Grazada

Let's begin with the beastie that gives the highest amount of money per recruit in the game! Their condition is also not that hard to do. Spam Nettle or make them feel Sweaty to quickly drain their stamina while also listening to their beautiful, soul-piercing scream. (They scream a lot so prepare your ears...)

Other beasties in Garcina Meadow are also not that bad to recruit (except Seakit) but requires some plays to speed up the process. I recommend farming near the grass patch north of the camp. Beasties tend to cluster in there for some reason. If you exhausted all Grazada, just use camp to rest and respawn more beasties.

The biggest roadblock is Seakit. Their condition (attack them with Mind attack 2 times) might not seems that bad, but if they're benched or there's more than one, it becomes very tedious to hit them individually because the AI just doesn't want to tag out drained or low-health beastie for some reason. So just ignore them. You can forfeit and then walk into the same Grazada again as a way to reroll their teammates.

If you use choose Grazada as your cash cow, here's the recommended team setup:
  • Druppa/Scauldra with Steamer, Hunker and Heat Up. (Hunker is for recruiting Cherrily.) Bonus points if they also have Sauna trait.

  • Blitzwift for recruiting Zefyre.

  • (Optional : Flowish/Orgella for more stamina draining.)

How to:
  1. Walk north of the camp and look for Grazada. If they're not there, use the camp to rest and respawn the beasties until you find them, then walk into them.

  2. Serve Steamer to Grazada. Then use Heat Up on them during defense turn. Keep doing this until they're drained. With Sauna trait, this should takes about 3-4 turns.

  3. Use Hunker 2 times if Cherrily is present.

  4. Move Blitzwift at least 4 times if Zefyre is present.

  5. Finally, bonk the drained Grazada with Free Ball or a Body attack to recruit Humflit if they're present. (Free Ball counts as a Body attack.)

Make sure all conditions are fulfilled before landing the final blow!
Cash Cow No.2 - Froofulks

This beastie is often overlooked because their condition sounds daunting. But it actually requires just one press of a button to fulfill! With Clear Field and a full team, it will heal exactly 5 beasties on your team, instantly complete this condition. They also give a lot of money per recruit too! I recommend farming them in the room just to the right of Thousand Views as beasties there are a lot easier to recruit than the ones in Domain Park. Also, Froofulks have highest spawn rate in this room.

However, the issue is their high level, which makes their attacks hit very hard and can easily end the match if you're not careful. Luckily, there's a Zip Station right outside the room entrance, so walking back to restore your team's stamina isn't too much of a time waste.

But then there's Magpike... Their condition (Use a COMBO play) is frustrating because COMBO plays need to be recharged, slowing down the process by a lot - all that effort just for their merely $3.25 reward. Only try to recruit Magpike if more than one Froofulks is there too, otherwise, just forfeit.

If you use choose Froofulks as your cash cow, Here's the recommended team setup:
  • Trat with Clear Field for recruiting Froofulks. Bonus points if they also have Mischief trait allowing you to use Clear Field right after you serve.

  • Blitzwift for recruiting Zefyre.

  • Trat must have a relationship with Blitzwift.

  • Three other beasties on your team. Optionally, they can also have a relationship with Trat or Blitzwift so they can be tagged in for COMBO play if you don't feel like volleying for a few turns.

How to:
  1. Walk back and forth through the room, exiting and reentering, until you find Froofulks, then walk into them.

  2. Use Clear Field right after serving.

  3. Use 2 more support plays if Garood is present.

  4. Move Blitzwift at least 4 times if Zefyre is present.

  5. If Trat is present, move any beastie to the front row to use Block, or any defense plays if you have those, for 2 turns.

  6. Use COMBO play if Magpike is present. Might need a few turns to recharge it though.

  7. Finally, end the match.

Make sure all conditions are fulfilled before landing the final blow!
Cash Cow No.3 - Shooga

This cute little guy is surprisingly a solid choice as they give you high amount of money for a very easy condition. What's better is that they require minimally no setup at all. Just keep using Free Ball until they make an opening for you to land the ball freely. They also tend to appear in groups so that means even more money!

However, because of their AI, it often takes several turns for them to create an opening, only for them to move back into it just because they feel like it. You may want to use sideway moves to speed things up - but be careful, because their level is so low, you might accidentally one-shot them when they move back into an empty space. My recommended team kinda fixes these problems but it's still a little bit annoying.

The other beasties near Rutile are also very easy to recruit. I recommend farming them in the room just below the Rutile Town. Shooga spawns relatively close to the room entrance so you can quickly exit and reenter the room for more Shooga to show up after exhausting them. Another big plus is that their attacks are very weak, so you won’t need to restore your team’s stamina as often.

If you use choose Shooga as your cash cow, here's the recommended team setup:
  • Garood with Upsetting Commend for easier time recruiting Shooga.

  • Grazada with Cheer and Careful Shot for easier time recruiting Shooga, Rookee and Collarva.

  • (Optional : Blitzwift for recruiting Sefren in one turn.)

How to:
  1. Walk back and forth, exiting and reentering the room, until you find Shooga, then walk into them.

  2. Move Garood to the front row after serving.

  3. Use Cheer 2 times to recruit Rookee or Collarva, or both if they're present.

  4. Move any beastie 2 more times to recruit Sefren if they're present.

  5. Use Grazada to Free Ball which will push the target back to the back row.

  6. Use Upsetting Comment when both beasties are in the back row. If they move, repeat step 5 on the next turn.

  7. Finally, use Careful Shot on an empty row.

Make sure all conditions are fulfilled before landing the final blow!
So, which one is the best?
I did some test runs with all three methods to determine how much money I could earn within 10 minutes. I also used Attract Spray, which increases the number of beasties per room and also makes some of the rarer beasties appear more often. Here are the results:

Method
Money earned within 10 minutes
Grazada
$711.24
Froofulks
$815.18
Shooga
$697.85

Of course, this is a very flawed test since RNG plays a big role here. For example, during the Froofulks run, I had a very bad luck with Magpike at the start. However, in the last 2 minutes, I got three matches consisted of multiple Froofulks in a row, making the money spike up at the end.

Still, this should give you a good idea of how quickly these methods can earn you money. I mean, earning about $700 in 10 minutes is pretty darn impressive, right?

To help you choose the best method, here’s a quick summary:
  • Shooga Method: Best if you’re looking for quick money.

  • Froofulks Method: Ideal for long-term investment if you plan to do a lot of recruiting in the post-game.

  • Grazada Method: A great alternative for post-game recruiting if you prefer not to deal with high-level beasties. It’s also cheaper and offers similar yields.

You can always switch between these methods if you start to feel burned out from Free Balling Shooga to death - or just skip them altogether! Find the beasties you enjoy recruiting the most and stick with those. Just remember to take a break from farming and have fun!
Extra Tips
Here are some other tips I have:
  • Use Attract Spray. The highest-tier spray only costs $50, which you can easily earn back in a single match. it increases the number of beasties in the room, make rarer ones spawn more often, and you might even find some raremorphs while you're at it!

  • Turn Sport Speed up to FASTEST. This speeds up animations by a lot, though it can be a bit dizzying to watch.

  • Forfeit if a match isn’t worth it. It’s better to find a new match than spend more time for lower yield. As mentioned earlier, you can walk into the same beastie after forfeiting to reroll their teammates.

  • (Post-game spoiler!) After maxing out Reese's relationship, you will unlock his Radar favor, which increases the spawn rate of the beastie you select, as well as their raremorph spawn rate. You can use this on one of the three cash cows to further boost your money gain! Thanks for the tip, Drew!
    Alternative Methods (NEW!)

    Just fight Away Teams
After the change to how Away Teams spawns, especially in post-game where they spawn much faster, this is now the best alternative method. They can be quite challenging but they give out about $130 per match as well as charging your social battery. I rarely find myself using Froofulks method because fighting Away Teams regularly is enough to keep my money needs at bay.

And this is a lot more fun! Better than mashing button, doing same actions over and over again. Except when you keep getting the same team, like this one (late-game content spoilers):
Seriously, I've lost counts of how many times I've been jumpscared by these 5 Stomp/Reach Shot, Drum, Juggle Raremorph Mascurry...

    Bongus Beat-up Method
If you don't mind """""cheating""""", this method is perfect for quickly grinding money, social battery and exp! I have no idea who discovered this, so I'll link a great video explaining it as well as more resource grinding methods by jeffyjeff (the video contains late-game content spoilers)
    https://youtu.be/FhUfZkQ1e7k?si=i1JfbroAY0yiR4It
Note: Bongus now also said they've already communicated with the mushroom colony after you've beaten it. Simply warp to another colony (either Surgus one or Illugus one) to repeat the process.
    Closing Notes
And that’s it! I never thought this guide would end up being this long. This is my first time ever writing something like this, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

If you find other cool methods or notice something I've missed, feel free to share them in the comment down below! I might update the guide to include your method too.

Most of the beasties’ art and information, like spawn rates, used in this guide are stolen... I mean, cited, from http://beastieball.info made by JdavisBro and MarkussLugia. It has so many cool features, so be sure to check it out!

    Lastly, thank you for reading!
Shoutout to this raremorph Humflit I got while getting screenshots for this guide. Have a great rest of your day!

Thanks! I saw some people in the discord server use points to buy MAX Athletic Spray for 10 points each, then sell them for $25 each, as a way to get quick money. That's a great alternative method if you play a lot of those challenge modes.

Nice guide! I always have farmed Squimage on Periwinkle Islet but these are some good options. The points you get from post-game content also help a lot for getting items that are normally expensive.

I know this is for late game but I feel like mentioning if you still mid way through the game grinding out Diggum is a descent way to gain some mid xp and money as Diggum will always spawn with at least 2 other beasties.

I tested it and it works wonderfully! I added the tip to the Extra Tips section. Thanks again for sharing!

Glad you like it! I've never tried Resse's Radar before so I have no idea how it works lol. Thanks for sharing!

Awesome write up! I think if you max out Reed's hearts you also get an item that lets you force-spawn whatever beastie you want, which would probably help a lot too :)
