2001-2002 Design Tile Citadel Model

Description
The original model was taken from c17_04_41 fixed by Psilocibinum[hl2-beta.ru]
Removed rustness and converted brushwork into propper model

There was already someone publishing the late 2001 citadel model to steam workshop, but their model was broken soo this is why im posting it (also because i love this remaked version and pb gotta make scenes with it)

Model called "siggraphcitadel_1"
(ik it wasnt made in the siggraph demo but it just sound cool, plus it was designed during that era)

Would be pretty cool if somebody made this as HL2 citadel replacement

dang can you port this to the half life 2 workshop as a citadel replacement (also pls add a episode 1 version both for the part in undue alarm where we look up at it AND the one in city 17)
