FS-3 Powerarmor [Playermodel + Ragdoll]

Description
A custom set of powerarmor I was originally going to publish for Fallout 4 but due to the mod taking so long I decided to port it for gmod for now so people can at least use the armor.

Includes model: powerarmor_fs3_pm.mdl
