Anomalies / Non-Anomalies

ANOMALIES
If anything moves or changes, especially after going upstairs, the cabin is haunted. (Also if you're murdered by a ghost, but you've probably figured that out by now...)

1. The son upstairs with the blanket over his head is moving his legs. 3:02

2. The son’s blanket is on the stairs. After you go upstairs, then down, he is sitting in a chair. 39:01

3. The son is watching TV. His reflection on the screen smiles back at you. 24:27

4. The daughter is blocking the front door after you go upstairs. Go down to the cellar and into the bathroom. The door will close then open after the dialogue, then run back upstairs as the mother chases you. 6:36

5. The cellar door is open. You can hear the daughter singing when you go upstairs, and a door slams when you go back down. 31:22

6. The cellar door is open. After you go upstairs, the basement door is open and you can hear the daughter giggling. She appears. 19:25

7. You can see the daughter's hand sticking out from under the bed moving around. 14:58

8. The father at the table starts looking at you after you go upstairs. 36:30

9. The father starts looking at you even before you go upstairs. 12:06

10. The father is standing outside the window. It breaks apart when you get close. 37:31

11. The father is not at the table and walks past the window outside. Run out of the cabin as he chases you and through the stairs to the right of the elevator, then out the door. 18:12

12. Everything flies off the table and the father starts to look at you. 25:22

13. The mother watches you from the wall portrait. 21:23

14. The mother is standing in front of the wall portrait after you go upstairs. 12:54

15. The mother is missing from the portrait after you go upstairs. She is standing outside the when you exit the cabin. Stare at her for a bit to unlock an achievement. 32:31

16. The body of one of the children is being dragged away. You'll see their legs disappear behind the center wall as you open the front door. It's fast, so you can miss this if you're not attentive. 41:09

17. You'll see a cabin model downstairs, and the little figures are moving. 30:49

18. The cabin sets on fire when you go upstairs. Run out of the cabin, through the field, then through the other door. 23:08

19. The cabin model appears upstairs. 42:29

20. The cabin is full of stuffed animals. They have moved around after you go upstairs. 34:40

21. You can hear a phone ringing upstairs. You can answer it if you're brave. 28:53

22. The frog upstairs grows bigger as you look at it. 37:55

23. The remote control upstairs is floating in the air next to the frog. 39:53

24. The mug on the table is moving around. 9:06

25. A clone of yourself will be looking at you from behind the pillar closest to the wall portrait. 20:12

26. Your clone will be standing by the table. 35:29


NON-ANOMALIES
Just because something looks weird doesn't necessarily mean the cabin is haunted.

1. News report on the radio about the cabin fire. 3:55

2. The daughter is under the stairs with her finger on her lips. Stare at her for a bit for some dialogue and an achievement. 5:15

3. Everything inside the cabin is upside down. 26:12

4. The father is standing out the window. He is not moving, and he is not outside when you exit the cabin. Stare at him for a bit for some dialogue and an achievement. 17:11

5. The cabin is full of stuffed animals. They don’t move after you go upstairs. 11:11

6. The daughter is hanging upside down over the stairs. 26:57

7. The mom is no longer on the wall portrait and is at the table. The daughter is under the stairs with some bread. The son is upstairs with bread beside him. Stare at him for a bit for some dialogue and an achievement. 13:58

8. The four of them are standing together smiling. 32:08

9. The son is watching the TV but not moving. 27:55

10. The mother is smiling in the wall portrait. 34:03
Achievements
1. Boo! | Find the optional Jumpscare 44:57
Simply go into the Options menu and turn on Jumpscares.

2. Cabin Inspector | Finish the work day. 15:25
Correctly inspect 8 cabins in a row. NOTE: After the balloons come down, make sure to go up the stairs next to the elevator and through the door. You will end up back at your apartment, and that is where the achievement unlocks. I could not show that in the video because they use copyrighted music in that part.

3. Employee of the Month | Complete all cabins 42:55
There are 41 cabins in all: 26 anomalies, 10 non-anomalies, and 5 default cabins. You must press the correct red/green button for it to count towards the achievement, so you have to redo it if you press the wrong button or die.

4. Face your past: Greta | Face little silent Greta. 5:58
During the non-anomaly number 2 above, stare at the daughter under the stairs for a bit to unlock dialogue and the achievement.

5. Face your past: Father | Face an absent Father 44:09
During the non-anomaly number 4 above, stare at the father outside the window for a bit to unlock dialogue and the achievement.

6. Face your past: Hans | Face hungry Hans 44:43
During the non-anomaly number 7 above, stare at the son upstairs for a bit to unlock dialogue and the achievement.

7. Face your past: Mother | Face and part from Mother. 33:44
During the anomaly number 15 above, stare at the mother outside for a bit to unlock dialogue and the achievement.

If you don't have the JUMPSCARE option, you have to ERASE DATA in order for this to show up

Much appreciated! I just started playing this yesterday and can't get past the first day cause I won't notice anything happening and mark the cabin as safe, but then it'll tell me I'm wrong and have to start all over. I will be sure to be on the lookout for these. I wish at least once per day instead of completely restarting the day when you make a mistake, it'll give you a hint on what you missed then let you go back in to find the anomaly and click the correct response.

Hi!! Thank you so much for such a complete guide!! Just something I wanted to point out, I died with the anomaly of the cabin model upstairs and still got the employee of the month achievement. Hope it helps!!

@Kristea The second you see that cabin model, you run out of the cabin as fast as you can and press that red button or those ghosts will kill you.

No, haha that's wild. I didn't leave after the balloons any of the four times I just reset the game so I could keep streaming for jumpscares 😆 thanks for letting me know this. I'm still unsure of why other ones didn't pop for me but this guide is really good and I'll be following it closely thanks
