Neptunia GMR:E PM and NPC Pack

Playermodel and NPC pack of the new characters (and Big Neptune) from Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution.

Not really meant for posing due to changes I made to various bones. See CA-64's and ZYNTRON-X's workshop pages if you want them without these changes.

- Playermodels
- c_arms (skins and bodygroups synced with 3rd person)
- Friendly and hostile NPCs

- Proportion trick
- Hitboxes (probably not ideal for competitive gamemodes though)
- Jigglebones
- Optimized HD textures
- New cartoony shaders
- Skins for the original shaders if you like them better
- Lots of new bodygroups for removing small details and accessories

(F-Sha will be in a later pack with the other Shas)

- Skirts sometimes clip or do strange things when a model's legs move. I did what I could, but I wasn't able to fix some parts.
- Some jigglebones may move oddly, not really sure how to fix them.
- NPCs like to randomly swap between human and Combine animations, but should be capable of most actions their NPC type allows.
- Hostile NPCs T-pose when using pistols. No fix planned, use something like Mapbase anims if it bothers you.
