XL Railgun

This mod includes:
- Large AND Small Grid Non-WeaponCore Railguns in 3x3x3 scale!
- Build stages included!
- Fully texture-able and colorable! (uses the same texture mapping as vanilla equivalents)
- Components and build time are based on the block's vanilla 1x1x1 counterpart x9, plus Girders
- Damage and power requirement stats are x9 of their vanilla counterparts
- Ranges are 3x their vanilla counterparts
- Ammunition can be produced in the Assembler for 9x the cost of their vanilla counterparts

I've yet to learn how to code WeaponCore weapons, so that will have to wait a little.
