Submod for New Unit Caps for All.
Also compatible with the alternative version New Unit Caps for All - No Shared Caps

This submod provides additional unit caps for the player. The number of caps varies based on the unit's cost, ranging from 1 for elite units to 5 for cheaper ones. It’s primarily designed to assist with early-game expansion and is particularly useful for players who don’t own the DLC for the faction they’re playing. This helps mitigate the feeling of being overly restricted by the available caps due to the absence of DLC units.

Hello, when you say “provides additional unit caps for the player”, does that mean it only affects the player?
