How to add cargo
Step One

Open the addon editor and name it something, for example "Cargo Testing Addon"

Step Two

Add a new Mission Location and select ocean

Note : The tile name doesnt seem to effect anything but its recommend you name it what the cargo is

Step Three

Open the tile and add the cargo you want. Make sure the X is 0 and the Y is 1.5 with 0 rotation

And that's basically it for the general cargo. But we still aren't done.
What each addon needs
Ok so if you notice theres 2 text boxes, the Display Name is what the cargo will display in game. So for example

Now the tags is where it gets Interesting

Container Information

Tags : type=cargo_package,cargo_type=container,theme=civilian,probability=0.01
Requirements :
X : 0
Y : Level with ground
Z : 0
Standard : ISO
Connectors should be set to disconnect when spawned in

Trailer Information

Tags : type=cargo_package,cargo_type=trailer,theme=trailer,probability=0.01
Requirements :
X : Back of the trailer should be in front of the square
Y : Level with ground
Z : 0
Standard : SIBTaT

NOTE : TRAILER ADDON STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS. ECONOMY UPDATE WILL MOST LIKELY BREAK THIS.
