I added in some commands that make you get a set of goggles on spawn.
The names of the goggles were changed too.
Changed the overlays of the majority of the goggles.

User instruction manual:
Press ` (Key to the right of 1) to open the console.
Input the command "bind n arc_vm_nvg" in console to turn on night vision.
Press N to toggle night vision, this key can be changed to any key you want.
To unbind a key type in the console "unbind key" key is a placeholder, replace it with the key you wish to unbind.

1= Enabled 0 = Disabled
Commands:

sh_arctic_nvg_losegoggles 0/1 (Set to 1 to lose goggles on death)

sh_arctic_nvg_quadtube_on_spawn 0/1 (Green/Best goggles)

sh_arctic_nvg_pnv10_on_spawn 0/1 (Red/Cheap goggles)

sh_arctic_nvg_n15_on_spawn 0/1 (Cyan/Mid goggles)

sh_arctic_nvg_pvs14_on_spawn 0/1 (Bad goggles)

sh_arctic_nvg_t7_on_spawn 0/1 (Thermal goggles)

sh_arctic_nvg_shades_on_spawn 0/1 (Sunglasses)

sh_arctic_nvg_arglasses_on_spawn 0/1 (Augmented Reality Glasses) (Admin only)
