How to change the screen resolution
Step 1: Go to your steam library, right click on Wall E, hover over "Manage", and click "Browse local files"

Step 2: Open the folder titled "WALL-E", and open "GameSetup.exe"

Step 3 (final step): Change the resolution to whatever you want and click "Ok"

This is the folder that contains "GameSetup.exe":

I have just updated this guide and added a picture that shows what specific folder "GameSetup.exe" is in.

Try this:
Go to your library and right click on the game, click properties, click on "Installed Files", and click "Verify integrity of game files". This will make sure the game has every single file that it's supposed to have.
