Lore
In the wake of a cataclysmic event at the center of the universe, a rift in time and space tore through the very fabric of reality. This new tear in reality connected different universes, generating a tremendous amount of energy, and became a beacon for explorers, scientists, megacorporations and opportunists alike in their respective realms.
Recognizing the potential for both peril and prosperity, various factions from these different universes set aside their differences to collaborate on an ambitious project: the construction of a complex set of stations on an asteroid field near the exit of this new frontier.

Frostfall Station stands as a testament of the ingenuity and creativity of its creators, making the most of the new natural resources found in the tear as well as transporting resources and supplies from their own galaxies. It’s still being developed as more and more factions appear in the Rift. The new hub of activity is separated in different stations:

It all starts on the Nexus, which continues to grow and evolve as the symbol of collaboration of each district. The various factions often converge in the very middle of the station to discuss future plans of expansions. It features the latest in scanning technology, server farms and a small policing force.

The Dry Docks are a marvel of cooperation, a complex set of docking bays and maintenance facilities that cater to a diverse set of spacecraft from different worlds, they hum with logistic activity, crews from different factions work side by side, unloading exotic cargo and even ship deliveries to help with different tasks.

The Corporate Asteroid, dominated by powerful conglomerates, operates with a more cutthroat mentality. Here, corporate espionage and backroom deals are the norm, as factions wrestle for control over the lucrative resources the rift provides. Yet, even amidst the cutthroat competition, a fragile balance is maintained, as the new frontier demands the cooperation of even the most devious suits.

The Commercial Asteroid, a bustling marketplace where traders from various dimensions converge to exchange goods and services. Stalls brimming with exotic wares, from odd artifacts to advanced tech, line the foyer. Here, the spirit of cooperation thrives, as merchants share knowledge and resources, forging alliances that transcend their home worlds, enriching their own universes in turn. Additionally, the commercial asteroid offers a catalogue of different ships for transport in this new place.

The Industrial Asteroid, a colossal fragment of rock and metal, serves as the backbone of the asteroid belt, manufacturing and resource extraction operations. Once a diverse set of asteroids, it has been transformed into a bustling hub of innovation and productivity, where the raw materials harvested from the surrounding space are processed and refined into valuable commodities. The asteroid's surface is dotted with different factories, production hubs, and research facilities, each designed to harness the unique properties of the rift's energy to power the operation of the different stations.

The Recreational Asteroid, designed by a group of intergalactic entertainers, features a casino for high stakes games, serene bars to relax and meet new people. This vibrant area serves as a sanctuary for those seeking respite from the chaos of the multiverse and for the workers of the different stations. Additionally, there’s been talk of setting up a racing track for the high speed ships docked in the hangars below.

Communications Tower
by Riebeck
Stationed on the inner loose asteroid of the Industrial district, the Communications Tower handles all things radio, and is home to the first intergalactic radio, ran by our talented radio hosts Josh and Bialoa!
Edit: As per request of the safety department, we reassure you that the station is livable, airtight, and is in fact constantly maintained by our in-house engineers, and all crew is shuttled around and our repair drone is manned by officially trained pilots.

Inari Tower
by Inari Sphere of Influence
An imposing tower containing the private offices or high ranking Inari officials as well as meeting rooms, a small hangar, and a small history museum dedicated to the history of the faction.

The Transit Office
by Woody & YoshiWoof22
The Transit Office handles all managerial & operational* aspects of Frostfall Station's Rail Transport Network - which conveniently connects all the Asteroids to eachother.
(* Due to budget cuts, trains are currently not operated directly by the Transit Office. Manual controls are still used within the trains themselves.)

The Executive Lounge
by YoshiWoof22
Find yourself in need of a place to wind down after business negotiations? Missed your shuttle flight due to a late shift? Why not come on over to the Executive Lounge, and treat yourself to not just good food & drink, but also an amazing view of the Industrial Asteroid and the train line connecting to it.

The WEC Executive Shuttle Terminal
by YoshiWoof22
Conveniently located at the Corporate Asteroid's Lower Train Station, this modern Shuttle Terminal is the primary arrival & departure point for executives, managers and upper-class citizens of Frostfall Station - providing sleek & comfortable transport services to various locations, both in the local star cluster and the wider universe via the rift.

The WEC Corporate Offices
by YoshiWoof22 & Omega
You can't have travelled far on Frostfall Station without stumbling across one of the countless advertisement displays owned by the Woof Engineering Corporation, many of which have been licensed to other advertisers. These offices handle most of the day-to-day operations associated with the advertisements and the Executive Shuttle Terminal. Rumour has it that something else is going on within the building - but surely those are just rumours, right?

Drydock Core Structure
by Indy113
The heart of the Drydock district, the core structure consists of the train station, upper foyer, lower foyer, dockyard control room, cargo pad, silo and warehouse; while it is the heart of the station it would be nothing without all the small businesses, both legitimate and illegitimate, that surround it and make the Drydock truly special. It is said that an outsider visiting the Drydock district is unlikely to venture further than the core structure, staying in the cushy foyer areas, missing the symphony of logistics just mere meters away from them...

SSI Leviathan Commercial Barge
by Shiro___
Hauling cargo containers and even other ships from distant universes, the Leviathan has been the backbone of the Drydock logistics operations ever since it first appeared in the rift. This colossal ship is capable of moving even the heaviest of loads, and often comes packed with hefty amounts of cargo and new ship technology. Armed with prototech technology, this fierce ship comes and goes as it's needed, exporting and importing goods from all over the different joint universes

TCN Drake-class Frigate FF-57 "Camden Loch"
By: SpitfireMKV
Patrolling the peripheral edges of the Terran Commonwealth, the Camden Loch has stopped at Frostfall Station as part of a goodwill tour of friendly space. Unconfirmed rumors suggest that it's presence may have been requested to aid in busting a smuggling operation. Armed with a respectable main battery of assault cannons and a spinal railgun, the Drake-class is quite capable of intimidating any alleged smugglers into compliance with the authorities. It's assigned Carapace Customs shuttle allows for cargo inspections and ship to station personnel transfers.

Clang-Cola Shuttle Loading and Repair Bay
By: SpitfireMKV
Serving as the service and loading Depot for Frostfall's fleet of Clang-Cola delivery shuttles, the loading and repair bay allows access to the Drydock's warehouse, allowing easy access to both stored parts and Clang-Cola. The Shuttlebay is always busy, with around the clock deliveries to all corners of Frostfall Station.
