The best (in my opinion) settings to have when playing Blood.

Gameplay Setup
Full 3D Aim Look: ON (Makes it so that the environment doesn't move around when you look up or down)
Auto crouching: Your choice
Auto aiming: Your choice
Auto switch new weapon: Your choice
Crouch toggle: Your choice
Slop tilting: OFF (Screen won't jump around and tilt when you move onto stairs)
Input Setup (Bindings)
Most bindings are fine as they are. However, I would recommend changing crouch to Ctrl and changing the quick save and quick load keys if you are familiar with Doom and Quake and other boomer shooters' bindings. Change quick save to either F5 or F6, and quick load to F9. You may also want to change the screenshot key to something else if you have quick save on F5.
Display Setup
Brightness: Depends. You can leave it where it is, or if you want a easier time seeing things then you can turn it up to 20% to 25%.
Show crosshair: ON
Show player weapons overhead: Your choice
View bobbing: Your choice
Weapon sway: Your choice
Show HUD: ON
HUD style: Depends. The full HUD is large and takes up a good portion of the screen, so you might want to use the minimal HUD instead.
Align messages to 4:3 aspect: Your choice
HUD message color: Your choice
HUD special message color: Your choice
Weapon Wheel: Depends. The wheel that appears when swapping weapons can be pretty distracting but it can also be helpful by preventing blowing yourself up with dynamite on accident. I personally have it off.
Render voxels: Depends. I prefer them off, because the voxels look out of place.
Render custom voxels: Depends, see above
Field of view: 90. 90 FOV is the same that Quake has by default, and allows you to see things around you much easier without being too obvious.
Show splash movies: ON
Show cinematic movies: ON
Show messages: ON
Video Setup
Graphics API: Your choice
Window mode: Depends. I prefer borderless, but if you like fullscreen or windowed more for whatever reason, go ahead.
Max FPS: Not as important in a game as old as Blood, but setting a max FPS is helpful. I have mine at 120, any more than that isn't really going to be noticeable.
Vsync: ON, unless you have a REALLY bad computer.
Resolution: Match with your monitors resolution. It should automatically detect it, but if it doesn't, then right click your wallpaper, click display settings, then advanced display, and use the resolution in there. EX: 1920 x 1080, 239.76 Hz
Interpolation: ON
Display Monitor: Your choice
Show FPS: Depends. There's no real harm in having it on, even though it doesn't really matter too much.
Antialiasing: Your choice
Ambient occlusion: Your choice, doesn't really matter.
