Description
A nearby system is home to a heavily fortified pirate base, and your local faction needs your help to clean it ou! This mission is available at Military Outposts. The station is quite tough, so make sure to bring your heaviest firepower!

It also doesn't shoot the energy shot unless you let the transports dock with it. All in all I don't think it's as much of a threat as it could be.

It was kinda both, but more of a warning for people downloading the mod. I did not expected that and was, like, 2-4km from the station so... boom.

Genuinely unsure how to take this. Is this a "wow, that's so cool - something that's actually a threat to my ship!" comment? Is this a "I want you to nerf this mission" rage comment?

I ran the numbers and yeah - if you're right up against the barrier the siege gun script on the station can do that much damage. The thing is that the projectile is so slow that I assumed it would always be dodged.
