Disabling New Year stuff

As long as there is no switch in the game that would allow the player to choose whether he needs all these festive (new year, etc) things, then here is a temporary solution.

1. Change the date on your PC to something before December 29th.
2. Relaunch game
3. Have a nice game

thank you! can't believe i didn't think of this. hopefully they notice that the forced festive stuff kind of ruins first time play throughs:steamsad:
