[B41/B42] Bite Alarm

Description
Tired of your friends hiding bites? Well now they will be revealed at random times by some choice phrases!

How it works:
Every hour, the game checks if the player is infected with the Knox virus and may trigger them to say a random phrase if it is detected. A selection of customizable phrases are included, tailored to each level of the infection.
