I appear to have mixed up my variants. It's not that the hangar is blocked, it's that I forgot to make the rear dock block into a hangar in the first place. So the block that was supposed to be the exit hanagr IS there, just not transformed into an actual hangar block.

I'll have to fix that when I get home from vacation, in the meantime you can do it manually yourself by transforming the rear dock block into a hangar. Just make sure you get the orientation right.

The hangar for this is blocked by other blocks, so the fighters can't be used.
