the cfg option in windows defender has this game blacklisted for some reason, you need to turn cfg off to run the game)

click on windows defender, apps and browser control, program settings, add program and exact file location go and click on the cs2 lock in bin through the games directory. you will need to scroll down and then override the cfg config and then disable it. warning do not disable cfg overall you will need this to keep your pc safe.

system/multitasking and then clicking on desktops and then clicking and selecting all desktops helps with the disappearance.

alt enter or so go on could help too to bring up the window but i doubt its this but it could be.
