b42 Charcoal and Coke Fix

Changes the recipe for wood charcoal to output regular charcoal instead of base.charcoalcrafted and adds coke recipe to the large kiln.

I made separate mods for each recipe. Please note that for the coke recipe being added to the large kiln, that any other mods that interact with that kiln are likely incompatible as I have not figured out how to add new recipes to a workstation without overwriting it completely.

I found the default recipe for crafting coke was inside a folder named 'tempNotWorking', and utilized the base conversion of 8 charcoal to 4 coke.

For the wood charcoal recipe, I left the balance alone and only changed what item was being output due to black smithing anvils requiring Charcoal and not CharcoalCrafted. No other changes were made between these two mods.
