Shards are Worthless

Descripción
Replaces wealth value of Shard with 0
Couldn't find a mod to remove a wealth from Shards in my Shambler Apocalypse playthrough, so I made one to patch wealth parameter of shards to prevent the colony wealth from skyrocketing from decaying shamblers dropping shards.

The only downside is that you can't sell it anymore to traders (it's worth 0)

Should be save to load at the bottom of the modlist to prevent anything else overriding the patch changes

why not make it cost 0.1 sivl per one shard?
