Quick steps
  1. Sell all your ingredients to Piri Reis
  2. Dismantle all your current bombs
  3. Sell all their ingredients to Piri Reis
  4. Go to the black market dealer outside of Piri Reis
  5. Purchase as many Fuse Cherry Bombs and Impact Caltrop Bombs as you can
  6. Alternate purchasing Sticky Splinter Bomb and Impact Splinter Bomb so that 25 bombs are dismantled
  7. Go back inside of Piri Reis and sell your current ingredients
  8. Dismantle all your bombs
  9. Sell remaining ingredients to Piri Reis
  10. Repeat until you have your desired amount of cash

Final Thoughts
Make sure not to overflow your British Gunpowder when dismantling bombs from the black market dealer! Losing it will render all the bombs cost inefficient.

Splinter bombs are the name of bombs made with the Shrapnel ingredient, it's the right bomb type. Thanks for the heads up, I'll change that. As for the low profit, make sure that you start with an empty ingredients pouch, and alternate purchasing the lethal bomb types (impact splinter, sticky splinter) to dismantle them and fill up on ingredients, then sell them before dismantling any bombs.

my guy doesent have sharpnel bombs he has splinter bombs and from every run i get about 5k in profit which in my humble opinion is not really worth it

This guide is actually bonkers. I was here confident I had all achievements from the main game done and I got sage for last. Little did I know about the books in Cappadocia and their absurd prices so I was about to start leaving my game run on the background up until I found this guide. Good stuff! :p2cube:
