Introduction
Have you gotten angry at the fact that when you want to make your "gang hideout" or "Contamination Zone" you had no Idea what to do for the description? Well I'm here to Help! Here's where each description spawns so you can be happy! Note: Prefabs are the buildings of that description in the base game, so basically the more there are, when you make your chunk with that description it'll be less likely to show up, and vice versa.

Hideouts
Hideouts generate interestingly. As you may have noticed, there is no chunk "exclusive" to industrial. "How may you make your custom factory only spawn in industrial than!?" you may ask. well, if you've played for a long time, you may have noticed the same 1x1 hideout chunk appear in downtown. Well as you may have guessed, there are factors that make it only spawn there!

First off, certain objects don't spawn in other worlds, AKA you won't see a overclocked generator in park. with that said, here's the list. p.s. it HAS to have at least one of these to be guaranteed to spawn in it

For hideout to spawn in slums- no rules
For hideout to spawn in industrial- needs to spawn grate, Fire Spewer, or spawn an overclocked generator.
For hideout to spawn in park- needs to spawn slime barrel
For hideout to spawn in Downtown- needs to spawn explosive barrel

That's the gist of it anyhow... But I hope this helped!
Conclusion
Well, I hope this was helpful for you, and I look forward to the chunks to come of this! In my opinion, while I understand this system and why it was implemented, I find it very stupid how I can't make non-vanilla chunks that easily. Heck, there is NO way to guarantee your "Construction Site" with the hideout method or whatever doesn't spawn in slums just without all the fancy fire and stuff. If I were to make the level editor here's what it'd look like:
Multiple in chunks can be anything, from npc's to walls and beyond. this would make gang hideouts a thing and you could have entire rooms in your chunk generated. but that raises a problem. what if you want a guaranteed room there but only 1 would spawn sometimes? well, I'd add some sort of feature allowing you to switch between alternates so that could happen. and then, for the "randomize between _ and _ things, I' let you make your own of those! And then the descriptions. I Would let you make your own and decide the rules in a check box fasion. "Where will 'Vampire mansion' spawn?" "Slums _ industrial _ park X downtown _ uptown _ mayor village _" and then I'd have you be able to set likelihood of it spawning in that area, " 'Alien Ship' Spawn Chance in level: 10%". I'd also just make it a lot more user friendly, because right now it's a little obnoxious to use.
So that's my dream editor and I know this isn't the suggestions tab, I just needed to get this out of my system. That's all!
