Lakhta Center Citadel replacement

Lakhta Center[en.wikipedia.org] is a skyscraper built on the outskirts of Saint-Petersburg, Russia. Many Russian gamers joked that it resembled Citadel - both are tall, soulless buildings that are visible from virtually anywhere in the city, their presence reminding of a powerful entity (here it's Gazprom[en.wikipedia.org]). It also could've been built near the historical center, further cementing the resemblance, considering that Saint-Petersburg was one of the inspirations for City 17, but history decided otherwise.

Replaces Citadel models and sprites in all 3 games. Looks like ♥♥♥♥ up close, i couldn't fix that.
