TO WORK ADDON NEED GET THE SCRIPT https://drive.google.com/file/d/16VWp0A_3hseoxZbDYRUnQ7QBR3kaMdTT/view so download the folder and put the black mesa voice lines folder into addon folder in garrys mod it`s gonna look like E:\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons\
