Multigenic + Polygenic System Pride Pin


Multigenic/Polygenic systems are plural systems whose alters do not come from one unified or common origin. It may also refer to a system whose origin is mixed to the point where it unclear which of the multiple origins was the initial or main one. This is mostly something a polyfragmented system (pride pin tbd) may deal with.

For example, the initial fracture may have been related to trauma (a " Traumagenic " system), but was significantly expanded due to the host's beliefs in harboring spirits or souls in their body (Metagenic / Spirigenic). For simplicity's sake, it may be easier to simply refer to themselves as a "Multigenic" or "Polygenic" system.

Multigenic and Polygenic are identical in meaning. It is unclear which is more popular, so we've used both for simplicity's sake.

System origin is both a topic of controversy and pride for many systems as it can be a way to identify with and heal alongside others like them.
