Decrepid forign animatronic

a old animatronic from what seems to be some sort of Russian museum. it still works even though it is in rough shape. its true origins are unknown, along with its creator.

to activate the animatronic either place something in front of it or enable collision on the eyeball cover



uses assets from "Human dummy" but i have put my own little twist on it.
