Orange Combine Barricade Shields

Hello everyone! This mod replaces the black deflector shields on the Combine's barricades with orange ones, similar to Half-Life 2 BETA. They are NOT the same shields as the texture wouldn't look great, but hopefully it still achieves the desired effect.
