see QFG or Tracers .
if you needed irradiate weapons, you can find phaser/leaser guns in workshop(not mine)

Rate of fire is really really slow. Could you speed it up a bit? Maybe as fast as a small ship gatling gun?

On one hand, the weapon is very cool.

On the other, it's way too strong imo- I think it would work great in a world that used a lot of modded armor though. Keep up making awesome stuff!
