Situation:
The year is 2012. You are stationed at a remote Siberian radio transmitting station in the middle of a blizzard/snow storm. Your job is to receive, relay and send radio signals.
The station has sufficient supplies and materiel for surviving in this harsh environment.
Do not venture too far out however. You don't want to die of hypothermia, do you?

Note: I have found out what made custom soundscapes fail to play. Fixing that now.
