Global Radar (Updated)

Shows radar data from all player and alliance ships. May have a slight delay, and the ships (probably) need to be loaded. Make sure to turn on static blips from the Galaxy Map QOL mod - may be necessary.

All credit goes to Rinart73, the original creator. Only change I made is updating the accepted Avorion version - there might be bugs, but it seemed to work alright for me on a server.
