This contains the following changes to the original Blocker:
  • Removes "lua/autorun/server/forcedownload.lua" which seemed to be completely redundant.
  • Moved "lua/lang/en/blocker.lua" to the proper TTT2 lang folder "lua/terrortown/lang/en/blocker.lua"
  • Cleaned up some code.
All these changes can be seen within the commits at the GitHub repo linked further down.

A traitor that prevents dead bodies from being identified.

You have to use TTT2 in order to use this role. Additionally using ULX for TTT2 is recommended.

How to Play

The Blocker is a traitor team role that prevents everyone in the game (including their Traitor friends) from identifying any bodies while they are still alive. If a player tries to identify a body, a message will appear in their chat informing them they cannot identify the body while a Blocker is still alive.

The only one who can properly identify bodies is the Blocker themselves. But be careful, if you are the Blocker and accidentally identify a body to the public, everyone will know you are the Blocker and target you.

Once all of the Blockers die, all of the currently dead bodies will be confirmed.

Convars

Normal Role Convars (also found in ULX):
# Enable or disable this role. ttt_blocker_enabled [0/1] (default: 1) # The percentage of players that are spawned as this role ttt_blocker_pct [0.0..1.0] (default: 0.17) # The limit of players that spawn as this role each round, this overwrites the percentage ttt_blocker_max [0..n] (default: 1) # The probability each round of this role being spawned at all ttt_blocker_random [0..100] (default: 20) # The amount of players needed for this role to spawn ttt_blocker_min_players: [0..n] (default: 6)
