A Bannerlord mod that lets you influence NPC relations based on their traits.
(Tested up to 1.2.12)

As long as a noble is in a settlement or an army and likes you (relation >40), you can ask them to spend time with another noble of the same faction present in that same place (except his own clan or yours).
The mod then checks their personalities (traits) and affects the relation between the two nobles (possibly becoming friends or enemies), but also their clans to a lesser extent if they aren't clan leaders.

That way, you can study traits and target specific clan members that would increase or decrease the relations, independently of the clan leaders' traits.

This is meant to offer role play opportunities, but also give a chance to get support if you want other clans to vote with you against a given clan for instance.

This is meant to be used in your own kingdom, but I didn't restrict it for other kingdoms so that you can use it if you think it makes sense.

If the relations between the two NPCs decrease, then the player will lose a bit of relation with the one they talked to. I think that makes sense.

No requirements, and no compatibility issues are expected, as this mod only adds dialog lines.
