This collection contains a handful of beta-inspired mods to enhance the experience of Beta Aesthetics. It is also mostly comprised of weapon replacements for Half-Life 2 originating from the Half-Life 2 Beta Megabuild. These are intended to be used alongside the custom folder installation of the Ultimate Tweaks for Beta Aesthetics mod, and their purpose is to overwrite the animations by other workshop weapon replacement mods.

These models have had individual attention put into them to add missing animations, have their own names, weapon and ammo icons, improved and restored sounds, and to make them feel more unique from one another.

Subscribing to these weapons will only update the in-game weapon model and animations, but not the sounds, functionality, icons, or script files.

For the rest of these features to work, you must have a custom folder installation of the Ultimate Tweaks for Beta aesthetics mod (most of the base assets are there since is a lot easier and faster to make corrections and fixes). Then, you must activate the weapon scripts manually by either placing the weapon vpk files from the individual mods into your custom folder, or by installing them through the Ultimate Tweaks mod, which already has the weapon and gameplay features bundled.
